It was noted that the name on the final drainage report did not match the name on the Plat.
Additionally, PCD is waiting a response from the County Attorney's office concerning the lot 1 and 2 shared access as shown on the Plat.

1. As stated in the first review 11-2-20, . The title block states that this project is in the southeast quarter of section 6. It is in the southwest quarter. This should be changed.
2. Proposed lot 1 should use the existing address of 7615 Mclaughlin Rd. Proposed Lot 2 will be addressed as 7625 McLaughlin Road. Apply these addresses to the plat.
3. Again, if an address is need for tract A, mark the location with an addressing marker (xxx).

Overall the documents need to call out what happens to the existing access that bisects Lot 2 and provides access to the back of the Safeway Store.
Please revise the final drainage report to meet El Paso County Criteria, Cursory comments were made on the report and a checklist is attached below and to the report.
The Traffic Impact study was missing exhibits that show the site, phasing and what occurs with the above mentioned access.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Woodmen Hills Filing No. 7H, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Proposed lot 1 should use the existing address of 7615 Mclaughlin Rd. Proposed Lot 2 will need to have an address assigned. Submit a copy of the plat to Enumerations to use to assign this address. Please indicate if an address will be needed for proposed Tract A.
2. The title block states that this project is in the southeast quarter of section 6. It is in the southwest quarter.
3. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar or addressing, street names, title block and floodplain statement. An Enumerations fee of $10 per lot/tract will be due at the time of mylar review. No fee will be due for the address assigned to lot 1 since it is existing.
