1. Enumerations will need to see the mylar prior to plat.
Standard final plat comments still apply, but with RBD being closed, there are a few new changes to Enumerations review of the Mylar. Please, send a pdf of the final plat document (intended plat of record) to the Enumerations reviewer that reviewed the project. We will then check the mylar for the normal things we look at on a plat, address, street names, title block and floodplain statement. Then we will stamp off on that document with an RBD check stamp, if all is accurate. This will be our copy of record that we plan to see once the document is recorded, minus a few signatures on the main sheet. Please contact your reviewer in Enumerations for instruction on payment. No payment due for this plat.

No further Planning Comments. Please wait until comment due date has passed to make sure no other agencies need additional revisions before you have the mylars printed.

We are scheduling plat recordings on Wednesdays at 10:30 am by appointment only. Before you schedule your appointment, please make sure you have the following items ready to go:

-Mylar of Plat

-Payment for recording fees (bring check or credit card to your appointment and we will calculate fees when we see how many sheets are required) $13/1st sheet of mylar, $10 for each sheet thereafter. $10 for each regular size sheet, $5 each sheet thereafter.

-Updated Title Commitment (if more than 30 days old, you will need to have it re-certified to be able to record the revised plat)

- Plat Ratification from Mortgage Holder. See attached for document to send to them for completion. Must address both lots.

- Zero balance tax certificates for each lot - obtain these from the El Paso County Treasurer.

- Enumerations Sign Off - They are working remotely at this time. Please email a digital copy of the plat to the reviewer from Pike's Peak Regional Building who reviewed this plat and he or she will send an email to you (copying me) with a digitally stamped copy of the plat acknowledging their sign off.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Pleasant View Estates Filing No. 2A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address for the combined lots still is not shown on the plat.

Regarding a request for approval of a vacation plat for Pleasant View Estates Filing No. 2A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The current address for the existing residence of 1670 Spring Valley Dr. should be used as the address for the combined lots and should appear on the mylar in the appropriate location.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, and street names. No Enumerations fee will be due since the address is existing.

-Letter of Intent: Please address traffic and drainage. Provide a statement that this will generate __ additional trips to this site. Provide a statement that the project is under 1 acre of land disturbance and whether or not this will negatively affect the drainage to adjacent properties.
