1. ( A ) Per the El Paso County Assessors data a 3 residences was built, one ranch style in 1918 on parcel 82000-00-064 with the square footage of 1,480-(current permit history was a re-roof in 2009 & electrical service upgrade in 2013), ( B ) another ranch style was built in 1954 on parcel 82000-00-060 with the square footage of 442, ( C ) lastly anther ranch style home built in 1954 on parcel 82000-00-002 with the square footage of 1,032. Which one of these structures carry the address of 11050 Loy Creek Road? Do any of the other homes or structures have an address? If so, please show on the maps you provided. All of these structure will require an address to be assigned. 2. Per permit history with Regional Building a Pole Barn was assigned the address of 11080 Loy Creek Road was built in 2013, on parcel 82000-00-002 which access is on 82000-00-060 and runs past 11050 north into next property where this structure exist, (per notes when address was issued). 3. Signage at the access into these areas will be required |
