1. 7320 will be the address to the existing building, do not use 7470 Southmoor Drive, nor should you use 7150 Southmooor Drive. An official address change will be done to the property. Since my last email conversation with David Hostetler, there was a need for a separate address for the RV/storage yard to the north of this single lot, due to fencing being proposed around the south part of the lot. 7150 Southmoor Drive at second look is not a good address either. It does not need an official address change because it has never been used and does not have permit history. Please use 7260 Southmoor Drive for the area to the north. 2. 1. Label the buildings to the west of the proposed building as to their uses and if a separate address is assigned. 2. Enumerations shows 7150 Southmoor Drive as the address assigned to the proposed Vehicle/RV storage. 3. The proposed building will require a separate address. I would like to change the existing address 7470 Southmoor Drive when assigning an address to the new structure. The existing address is too high for the area.
