The Tract 6 owner must sign to grant the County an easement to access the property in order to reach the detention pond. The Tract 10 owners must sign to grant the County an easement for access and to perform work in the event the County must repair the pond. The Tract 10 owners must also agree to maintain and repair the pond in the event the applicant fails to do so or no longer occupies the property. |
