The adjacent neighbor notification requires that the four adjacent land owners be notified of your project. The upload for this document should include the letter that you sent to those landowners and scan or copy of each certified mail receipt for those letters or, in lieu of that, the property owner can go door to door and have each landowner sign to indicate they were notified. That form can be uploaded with the neighbor letter. I have attached the application packet which provides information on the neighbor notification process.
