"RBD Floodplain EPC Planner,
I have spoken with the applicant and they have agreed to provide my requested additional documentation outlined in my 2 comments above. Can you add the letter as an additional submit requirement? thank you

RBD Floodplain provide a floodplain certification letter by a professional engineer or architect licensed by the State of Colorado, stating that "Based on field verified characteristics of the property (topography, etc.), the property is reasonably safe from flooding and to the best of the engineer's knowledge if the 100-year floodplain were studied it would not enter the property in question". 2/3/2020 2:30:01 PM"

The application must reflect the new acreage. All documents referencing 40 acres need to be corrected and resubmitted. Any reports that reflect 40 acres will need to be done again to reflect the new acreage. 4/6/2020 7:32:44 AM

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Mountain’s Edge, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. After looking through our records for the original submittal, it appears that addresses were never assigned for this project. The applicant should submit a copy of the plat to Enumerations to have addresses assigned. The assigned addresses need to appear in the appropriate location on the plat.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, street names, title block and floodplain statement. An Enumerations fee of $10 per lot addressed will be due at the time of mylar review.
