A driveway/access permit is required for this site. You may apply for this in the EDARP system. Once obtained, please upload into this project for record.

Your letter of intent states that a traffic study is not required. Previous comments request that you describe the anticipated change in traffic. Please describe what the current number of trips and the anticipated number of trips that are for this site. Please note that one car in and one car out is two trips. In general describe how many cars you anticipate to go to this building each day and double that for the number of trips. Please do this in the letter of intent for both existing and proposed conditions.

Screening for parking should be evergreen and needs to reach a height of 3' at maturity. Calculate internal landscaping. Are decorative and native grasses proposed or existing? Regarding a request for approval of a minor amendment to a development plan to allow an interior remodel for an existing building at 9495 Peaceful Valley Rd., Enumerations and Floodplain have no comments except to say that the letter of intent states that floor plans and elevations of the building are provided, but none were included in this submittal. The usual building permits would be required for this remodel.

Please add to the letter of intent to describe the use of this building as it is currently, what the new use will be, and how many bathrooms are currently in the facility.

Please also describe what the change in anticipated traffic for this site would be, given the change (if none, please state such).

It would also be helpful if you would describe how this building relates to the church, if any connection.
