Engineering has the following comments: -In the letter of intent, provide the driveway access permit from April 13, 2000. You state that it is attached, however I am not seeing where it is attached at. -In the letter of intent you state that you access the property through the alleyway in the back, however your site plan indicates a driveway access location off of Piute Road. Identify in the letter of intent that access to the property will also be from the proposed driveway off of Piute Road. -In the letter of intent confirm that the drainage from the proposed administrative relief will not adversely impact the adjacent properties. -On the site plan, identify the driveway access as proposed since it has not yet been installed.
