If the intended work interfered with CS utilities' gas during construction, please call our gas field engineers at 719-668-7858. Pending results of meeting, submit construction plans to Engineering Development Review and Traffic Engineering for approval of all streets that will be annexed into City, or are adjacent to City limits and connect to existing City Streets. Engineering Development Review has the following comments: 1. Marksheffel Rd. is currently designed with a 64' top width within City Limits (4-11' thru lanes, 12' turn lane, 2-4' shoulders), but it appears to be 76' wide in the county. Show a taper in roadway width to tie into the City section if the top widths are going to be different. 2. If this section of Sterling Ranch containing Sterling Ranch Rd. and Marksheffel are going to be annexed into the City, construction plans must be submitted directly to EDR and Traffic Engineering in the City for review/approval. |
