Enumerations/Floodplain has the following comments: 1. Trash enclosure does not meet the requirements to have an address assigned or permit issued. 2. Enumerations intent for addressing the building is a single address, 7344 McLaughlin Road with suite numbers. Suite 100-180 from north to south. 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, & 180. 3. Standard comments apply: ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT. $10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR. IF AN ADDRESS IS NOT NEEDED ON A TRACT THEN NO FEE APPLIES. CHECK SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PAID DIRECTLY TO ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT. A COPY OF THE FINAL RECORDED PLAT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL IN ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT ON ANY COMMERCIAL PLANS SUBMITTAL. 4. Please provide the SDP that matches the sheet index as indicated on the SDP plan or change the sheet index. Please view the PDF you have uploaded as it only uploaded 6 sheets, and the sheets are missing. Add the additional sheets (elevations, lighting, landscape, hydrant) to the index. Provide the landscaping sheet that meets current code. No landscape sheet was provided. Remove PPRBD Code study from this SDP set. Correct the letter of Intent. See redlines. You are requesting approval of a Site Development Plan not a final plat. Edit the criteria and justification. The request is to update the approved 2008 site development plan to todays standards, because the site was not developed and the cd's plans expired. What are you now proposing ? How big is the building? What is it to be used for? What is the address of the property? Are the elevations correct? They appear to be only a portion of the building as depicted and they do not match the footprint of the building as shown on the site development plan.
