Comments will be uploaded when Engineering Division has completed review. Please note that as presented, this is a vacation and replat, as opposed to just a simple vacation by resolution. We will not charge another fee, but we will be reapplying this application to a VR (vacation and replat) file after the first round of comments has been completed. You will need to provide a plat document illustrating the vacation of ROW and the proposed replat of ROW. It will need to be made clear that the vacated portion of ROW is reverting to property owned by the owner to the east of existing ROW and the new ROW proposed is to be dedicated to El Paso County. 3/24/2022 2:38:52 PM
