Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for South Academy Business Center, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Our understanding is that no permanent structures are to be built as part of this development. If, in the future, a permanent structure is to be constructed, then it should use the assigned address of 4425 Hwy 85-87. Any future permanent storage structures would be assigned letter designators. 2. Enumerations has signed off on the plat mylar for this subdivision but has yet to receive a copy of the final recorded plat. Please provide a copy of the recorded document when it is available.
