Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for Mountain Splendor Services (7205 Maine Ln.), Enumerations has the following comments:

1. All current structures on this parcel use the address of 7205 Maine Ln. as the address. Any future structures will require a separate address. The owner should contact Enumerations prior to submitting any future building plans for review/permit to establish an address for any future construction.

The City of Colorado Springs notes that the parcels to the south and west are annexed and are developing at urban densities . Additional annexations and urban density development are expected for other parcels in the vicinity. Therefore, this site plan should be approved and managed in anticipation of additional urban density neighbors and to include the eventual accommodation of platted access and utility easements to accommodate surrounding development. 9/10/2018 10:57:42 AM
