Engineering documents are complete and signed.

A pre-construction conference is required for the grass swales and sand filters.

See final submittal checklist for items required after construction.

Exhibit B of the Detention Maintenance Agreement is acceptable. Please either amend Exhibit A as previously requested, or provide justification why such amendment is not necessary. There are 3 parcel numbers which are the subject of this application, but only 2 legal descriptions in Ex. A. 6/12/2019 3:33:04 PM

You have not added the ADA route to the site plan, and the parking detail (typical space) is not included on the final version 5/28/2019 10:16:46 AM

1. Please be sure that the Property described in Exhibit A encompasses all 3 parcels which are the subject of this application.
2. The easement depicted in Exhibit B does not appear to connect to a legal access. Please redefine the easement area to ensure the County has access to the entire easement area off of a public road.

The site plan states many improvements are proposed when they are existing.

You have said light industry storage. From a site visit staff observed outside storage of landscaping items, contractor items, vehicles, and heavy equipment.

The ADA note has been added but no ADA route. Please add the ADA route.

If all engineering comments have been addressed, the above comments are minor and staff would be in support of you submitting final versions for approval with the minor changes.

The site pan still does not identify the items to be stored onsite. Please specify those items to be stored onsite and use the terminology in the Land Development Code (ex: storage of heavy equipment).

The ADA route has not been shown on the site plan.

Please add the number of parking spaces provided to the drawing.

The letter of intent refers to a M-5 zone, only the M exists.
The letter of intent refers to the department as development services but it is planning and community development.
The letter of intent requests an alternative landscape plan but does not outline where you will not meet requirements. Please include an analysis of the requirements and what you will, and will not, meet.
Aerial imagery was provided instead of a site plan: Staff anticipates the resubmittal to be different from the initial submittal. There may be new comments on the resubmittal.
