Venetucci Farm Barn Remodel and Restroom Addition
Description
Renovate the existing barn used as an event facility, addition of a new standalone restroom facility, and a paved area for ADA parking. The project limits are confined to those small areas needing improvement, approximately 5,000 SF in total. The proposed event center within the barn is an approved use permitted by Special Use Permit completed in 2021 (AL2215). The existing barn and new restroom facility will be connected to a municipal water and wastewater system provided by the Security Water and Sanitation District. Inclusion into this district for municipal services was completed in 2020, Reception No. 220176019. As part of this project there are no major revisions anticipated to existing landscape, farm operations, parking, or traffic.
