A traffic conformance memo will be needed with the pending Site Development Plan application Note EPC Road Impact fees will be applicable to the new use. Previous EPC RIF fees paid for the Warehouse use were $19,964.46 New use will be Institutional $2371/1000sqft EPC RIF $40,307.00 A credit is given for the prior fees paid.
