Lamar Advertising is requesting to convert the southern face of the northern billboard and the northern face of the southern billboard to Electronic Message Display (EMD). The other two advertising faces will remain static/fixed. Adjacent to I-25 (restricted corridor). There is no proposed change to billboard size, location, or height. Originally permitted and constructed in 1986.

The billboard must have a CDOT Outdoor Advertising Permit. If the billboard has CDOT Outdoor Advertising Permit and is a conforming advertising device, it would be eligible for conversion to a CEVMS (changeable electronic variable message sign).
