Description

The property owner currently has a code enforcement violation/complaint for a contractor's equipment yard. There are no current land-use approvals for the property; however, the owner stated that the business has been operating at the subject property for a considerable amount of time. Under the 1988-2007 Land Development Code, the use “Heavy Equipment” was allowed by right. (Chapter IV C-2 Commercial District Obsolete Zones). The property owner has requested an administrative determination recognizing the land use as legal nonconforming.
