1 Thank you for the opportunity to review this Special Use application.

Upon reviewing the project and site location, El Paso County Parks staff has found that there are no immediate impacts to El Paso County parks, trails, open space, or other El Paso County Parks related items. Staff would like to note that there is a proposed bicycle route along the south boundary of the subject property along Garrett Road. Staff recommends that the proposed project should not interfere with the Right-of-Way.

El Paso County Parks staff will not have comments regarding this project.

Thank you!
