The District assesses platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries; the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries. Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District will need the following information: 1) Copy of the utility plan of the lot under development. 2) Copy of the floor plan along with the plumbing fixtures and irrigation. 3) A commitment letter for water and wastewater for how many SFE's and or acer feet of water required and water meter sizes. You can send a copy of the utility and floor/plumbing plans to Cody@whmd.org. in district inspector via email or drop off a copy at the District Office located at 8046 Eastonville Road, Peyton CO 80831. |
