The potential date an administrative decision can be made is 7/9/2025. Copies of the notice, mailing labels, and selected range have been uploaded to the EDARP file. Cost of postage = $42.18. 1 Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District (PBHMD) does not have any concerns or objections, with the current information. This is on the condition they are NOT building on the utility easement.

Ensure all locates are requested and completed before construction.

Please note, PBHMD is NOT the convenient enforcement. Please ensure you get approval though them before continuing.
