- A request Falcon Fire Protection District proposes a building for classrooms, a fire fighting training tower, not anticipated to 45’ exceed height maximum within the Commercial Service zoning district. An additional building for additional training and testing is also anticipated. A third building to accommodate an expansion of the facility is envisioned. Application will not meet the 30 day window for PC hearing for full hearing. Next Agenda set would be July 28th for the late August PC hearing. Applicant not submitting extension waiver, Item will be heard as non action item on July 16th. Site Development Plan will follow admin review only.
