See minor comment on the deviation request and resubmit for approval. Please note that the following conditions of approval shall be added to the deviation request. -As-Built drawings shall show the locations where the chemical grout was applied. -A Notice to Proceed from EPC is required prior to the installation of the chemical grout. -EPC inspections staff shall be present at each application of the chemical grout. -Work a ROW permit shall be obtained for each subdivision that is currently in Preliminary Acceptance. -An amended SIA with updated surety is required for subdivisions seeking Preliminary Acceptance.
