EPC DPW Stormwater

Review 1: there is nothing for EPC DPW Stormwater to review as the Town of Monument took MS4 Jurisdictional Control for this entire project. Meaning there was no ESQCP with this project, and thus no PA/FA punchlist. Additionally, this project was excluded from needing a water quality PCM. Because of these reasons, I have no comments on these as-built docs. Reviewed by: Glenn Reese, P.E. Principal Engineer - Stormwater 719.675.2654 GlennReese@elpasoco.com |

Hello Classic Homes Construction, in order to support the intake of your data into El Paso County’s GIS and Asset Management Systems, we kindly ask that you update the CAD files that you have submitted so that it’s in Colorado State Plane Central zone coordinates and includes horizontal control points (decimal lat/long coordinates to 6 decimal places will suffice). If you have questions about this request or how to get your data into the requested format, please let me know and I can assist you.
