1 El Paso County Parks Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts by this proposed project to any existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. As such, no parkland or trail easement dedications will be necessary at this location. As this is simply a commercial variance of use application and no land will be subdivided or platted, no regional park fees will apply. EPC Parks has no objections to this variance of use.
