DRAFT CDR264 Waterbury Sanitary Force Main EPC DPW DS- Engineering Review 1 Engineering Comments have been provided on the following documents (to be uploaded by Project Manager): - GEC Plan - FAE - Letter of Intent Applicant Notes: Please consider completing a response letter / plans with your next submittal explaining how each comment was addressed (please copy and paste all comments to your response letter and respond below each comment). Please do not use the words done, fixed, etc. instead explain how you addressed each comment and indicate the sheet number. Please email me at the email address indicated below for a TEAM’S RCR “Review Comment Resolution” meeting prior to resubmittal to make sure all comments are addressed, so that we can move this project forward to approval. The applicant must upload the revised and missing items indicated below with his/her resubmittal: - Letter of Intent - GEC Plan - FAE FYI: 1. Construction permits will be issued by DS. 2. Work in the ROW permit will be issued from Acres building. 3. The ECM Administrator will sign and date the plans, reports, and documents after you make your final submittal (make sure ALL comments are addressed before you make your final submittal and the plans, reports, and documents have no additional comments).
