The Black Forest Land Use Committee recommends approval of this proposal. We have had discussions with the applicant and they seem to be willing to work to keep the rural nature of the club. They also said they will work to make sure the noise of the pickleball games are deadened by insulation which will be enhanced by being inside the building. |
