As requested (Email dated July 28, 2026), the Colorado Geological Survey has been requested to review the resubmittal documents for Waterview East Commercial – Amendment to the Preliminary Plan. We received the Preliminary Plan (Kimley Horn, July 22, 2026); Preliminary Grading Plan (Kimley Horn, July 22, 2026); Letter of Intent (Kimley Horn, July 20, 2026; and other documents. The most current Entech report should be referenced in the Preliminary Plan. CGS has no further comments regarding the amendment to change the lot configuration of the Preliminary Plan.
