3/30/2026 1:26:51 PM 		1 Ellicott Fire Department comments:
1. Provide fire flow details on the noted hydrant located near the proposed structure on the Site Plan. The 3,200 square foot, VB building requires 1500 gpm at 20 psi for two hours or a calculation meeting the requirements of NFPA 1142.
2. Provide road details to meet the requirements of the 2015 IFC Appendix D.
3. This site is in a moderate intensity fire area per the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code. This may affect the usable materials for the exterior of the building and the surrounding vegetation.
