Review 1 AL-26-008 Rural Home Occ Equipment Storage 625 Slocum RD EPC DPW DS- Engineering approval is contingent on obtaining a building permit for the NEW STRUCTURE and permitting the Existing driveway and zoning approval. Engineering Comments have been provided on the following document (to be uploaded by Project Manager): V1 - Letter of Intent V1 - Site Development Plan V1 -The RIF acknowledgement form The applicant must upload the revised items indicated below with his/her resubmittal: V2 - Letter of Intent V2 - Site Development Plan V2 -The RIF acknowledgement form FYI: 1. The site is located OUTSIDE THE FLOODPLAIN based on FEMA panel 08041C0785G (effective date is 12-7-2018). 2. The EXISTING Driveway was not permitted; it must be permitted. 3. No drainage study is required because the disturbed area is less than 1 Acre. 4. RBD will require a GEOTECHNICAL Report where the borings are located under the proposed / new storage building. 5.
