The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. As such no trail easement dedications will be necessary for this project. Regional park fees will be assessed upon review of the forthcoming platting actions associated with this site if changes result in number of lots being changed. The removal of Appaloosa Road will not change or alter previous parks staff comments regarding the Searle Ranch Final Plat. Thank you!
