1 | El Paso County Parks Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts by this proposed subdivision to any existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The proposed Highway 94 Primary Regional Trail runs east-west along the south side of Highway 94, opposite the adjacent commercially-zoned southern portion of the property, while the proposed Highway 94 Bicycle Route will be contained within the highway's right-of-way. As such, no trail easement dedications will be necessary as this project moves forward. El Paso County Parks staff will review all forthcoming sketch plans, preliminary plans, and final plats and will assess regional park fees for the platting of the proposed RR-2.5 rural residential lots as more information becomes available.
