1 All carriers receive separate addresses. 7113 Marshbern Court is the address for AT&T. We have assigned 7117 Marshbern Court as the address for Verizon. When submitting plans, be sure to show 7117 Marshbern Court as the address or plans will be disapproved by Enumerations. No further comment.

On page 4 of the Site Plan Drawing document, the approximate location of proposed telco handholes are shown within the Marshbern Court right of way (El Paso County owned and maintained). If the final location of these handholes will be within the right of way, a work in the right of way permit must be completed prior to the commencement of any work within the right of way. The application may be completed online at the following link: https://www.epc-rowpermit.com/. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
