Sproul Junior High is directly operated by Widefield School District 3, whose property is covered by their non-standard MS4 permit. A small area of EPC MS4 permit area will be disturbed to install a new 6" sanitary sewer line, but the overall proposed disturbance of the project will be <1 acre and there will be no added impervious area in the EPC MS4 area.
