Since Falcon Hwy is a City of Colorado Springs owned roadway, public improvements, such as curb, gutter, sidewalk and a City Standard driveway apron must be installed along this road. Please show and call this out on the development plan, and submit separate street construction plans to the City for review and approval. Thank you. Joel Dagnillo, P.E. 1 | Colorado Springs Utilities has no comment as the proposed fence/gate access has no impact on the existing gas service line. | 8/12/2026 7:20:44 AM |

Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Enumerations is aware that several parcels in this area (including this one) are slated to have their access changed via the expansion of Hwy 24 in that location. What we do not know is what sort of timeline that project is on. As a result, the current address of 11401 E. Hwy 24 should be used when submitting any plans to PPRBD for any electrical services constructed prior to the access change. Once the new access is constructed and a new street name assigned, this parcel will need have an address change performed. Instructions for requesting a formal address change can be found here: https://www.pprbd.org/File/Resources/Downloads/Addressing/Request%20for%20change%20of%20address%20ACCESS.pdf Brent Johnson Enumerations Plans Examiner Pikes Peak Regional Building Department O: 719-327-2888 E: brent@pprbd.org W: pprbd.org |
