1. The address 18620 Oil Well Road is the address to the property and the original structures that were intended from the beginning. The El Paso County Assessor’s data base usually does not list tower addresses, the only time it will be listed, is when the property is owned by the tower. When a project is submitted to Enumerations for the review of a new tower, a new address will be assigned to the tower separate from the property. Then each subsequent carrier added to the tower will receive a separate address. Before submitting plans to the Zoning and Planning department and then to Regional Building Department, please search a range of addresses for this location on RBD’s website to clearly notate the correct address for the tower vs. the land and the tower vs. the carrier address. 2. Based on the site plan shown(vicinity) this parcel is 1000-00-391, not 1000-00-161-this is two parcels to the south. Change the parcel number shown. 3. The existing address is 18604 Oil Well Road.
