The Upper Black Squirrel Creek GWMD board of directors reviewed what little information was available on this at their meeting last night and have a couple of questions they would like answered. 1. How much will their water increase with the additional kennels and is that accounted for? Do they have a sufficient water supply? 2. Does their well permit include commercial or are they operating on a domestic well permit? If yes to using a domestic well permit, they will need to change their well permit to include commercial. |

• Since the kennel/barn are used for commercial purposes, they should have been assigned separate addresses and had building plans submitted for permit prior to their construction. Enumerations will not assign addresses to these structures retroactively. However, any new buildings are built in the future, they will need to have an address assigned and building permits issued. • The privacy fence is not over 7’ in height, a separate address and permit is not required.
