Description

A Board of Adjustment, Dimensional Relief request to accomodate an accessory structure no larger than 8,800 square feet (80' x 110') on property zoned RR-5 (Residential Rural). The applicant is also requesting relief from the maximum height standard of 30' as the proposed structure may be 40' tall. The proposed structure is intended to accomodate indoor sand volleyball courts, a pickleball court, and restroom(s) for private use only. The applicant also requests that the approval be valid for 5 years to allow an extended construction initiation period.
