V1_Planning review complete. Comments were made on the following documents: -Letter of Intent -Site Plan -Mineral Rights Cert Please note that this request is not for a Site Development Plan. This is a new request for a revised Variance of Use. A new Site Development Plan application will be required following the revised Variance. It will be at this second stage that all finer details of the Site Plan will be ironed out. As Variance of Use criteria details are provided, additional comment may need to be addressed.
