V1_Planning review complete. No revisions needed. Confirmation email was sent to manikara@aol.com prior to requesting PCD Director's final signature. Once confirmation is received, the signed Agreement will be taken to the Clerk and Recorder by the County Planning office. No further action is required of the applicant. When the Recorded Agreement is received back from the County Recorders office, a copy will be uploaded to this EDARP project, and the original will be mailed directly to the applicant.
