EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments.

Note: For future refence, a stormwater permit (ESQCP) is required when there is >1 acre of soil disturbance. Additionally, a permanent control measure (i.e. pond, rain garden, sand filter) is required when there is >1 acre of development (House, driveway, compacted gravel/dirt, etc.). Just something to keep in mind in the future as aerial imagery shows that there is around ~0.6 acres of developed land currently.
