2 This proposed project is located within the Bent Gras Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assesses platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries; the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries, unless there is a separate agreement between the land-owners and the Bent Grass Metropolitan District, such as, but not limited to, a PILOT agreement.

The fees for this year are as follows:

Platting Fees:
Commercial- $5500/ACRE
Residential- $5500/ACRE

Building Permit Fees:
Commercial-
Commercial/Industrial/Other non-residential- $1.00/SQUARE FOOT
Residential-
Single-Family- $500/UNIT
Multi Family- $350/UNIT
