El Paso County Parks Department Comment: The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan does not show impacts to any COUNTY-OWNED parks, trails, or open space. However, there is a proposed City of Colorado Springs trail known as the East Fork Sand Creek Trail which is located on the subject parcel. It is recommended that the applicant should contact Emily Duncan (Emily.Duncan@coloradosprings.gov) or Constance Schmeisser (Constance.Schmeisser@coloradosprings.gov) at City Parks for their input on this project.
