Application for Administrative Relief (ADR- project) is needed where relief is being requested and a previous non-conformity was not present. This will be set up for you in EDARP. Once approved, ADR- file number will need to be added to Letter of Intent and Site Plan Drawing where applicable. Also note, new EMD Billboard will require approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
