1. The permit history with Regional Building department is with 10404 Hwy 115 for T-mobile. Use this address when submitting plans to RBD. 2. The address of 10410 Hwy 155 is the address to the property and the original structures that were intending from the beginning. The El Paso County Assessor’s data base would not list the tower address. Only if the property was owned by the tower. When a project is submitted to Enumerations for the review of a new tower a new address is assigned to the tower from the property. Then each carrier to that tower would receive a separate address. Before submitting plans to the Zoning and Planning department please look at a range of addressing for this location to clearly notate the correct address for the tower vs. the land and the tower vs. the carrier address.
