Engineering Review 2. Engineering comments resolved. Approvals are issued by the planning department. Road Impact Fee Note: The temporary facility (2,160 square feet) that was indicated to be removed under PCD File No. PPR2135, was originally scheduled for removal on August 7th, 2025. The removal began today on 8/19/2025. With this building removed, the Road Impact Fees is considered “a wash” between the removed buildings and the building proposed to be used for Preschool Pathways, according to the current land use approvals. Any future expansion, building permit, or change in use that is initiated in the future may be subject to Road Impact Fee assessment at that time. V2_ Planning review is complete. No edits are needed to submittal documents. Approval is pending demolition of existing temporary structures to offset Road Impact Fee.
