The County Attorney’s Office will begin review when approved decree and replacement plan/augmentation plan has been uploaded as well as a letter from the Colorado Division of Water Resources with a water sufficiency finding. Please note that the Water Supply Information Summary does not identify an estimated demand for irrigation or stock watering (or landscape ponds/commercial as listed as possible water uses in the Water Resource Report). If no demand is proposed, those uses of water will be prohibited. |
