Description
The property owner wishes to construct a barn that is over the permitted size limit (5,000 sqft). (B)Size of Agricultural Structure. The size of agricultural structures shall not exceed two (2) times the size of the building footprint of the principal use or 5,000 square feet, whichever is greater. Any agricultural structure exceeding the above allowance, shall require special use approval.

On 04/24/2025, PCD mailed "Notice of Administrative Determination" letters for AL2510 to surrounding property owners within a 500-foot range (11 addresses). The potential date an administrative decision can be made is 05/08/2025. Copies of the notice, mailing labels, and selected range have been uploaded to the EDARP file.
