4/22/2025 1:17:24 PM 		EPC Engineering Review 1 had comments on the following documents:

- GEC Plans (See Comments to be uploaded by Stormwater)
- FAE (See Comments to be uploaded by Stormwater)
- CDs (See Comments below)

1. Please provide standard County signature block on CD's.
2. Please verify vertical clearance is minimum of 1.5' with all storm facilities. (See Page 8).
3. A work in the ROW Permit will be required for work within Fontaine, Rolling View and Lonewood.
